5. In Indiana, 53 of our 92 counties are designated as Health Professional Shortage Areas. What experiences have you had working with these types of communities, and how has it shaped your perspective on healthcare? (Max 300 words)
6. Do you have any connections to the state of Indiana?
7. What personal experiences or values have motivated you into considering an osteopathic medical education? (Max 300 words)
8. Explain your interest in attending MU-WCOM. (Max 300 words)
9. Please indicate any new information, changes or additions that were not included in your AACOMAS application (including but not limited to, education, employment, extracurricular activities, research, military service, academic warnings, conduct violations, and/or convictions). (Max 300 words)
10. Do/did you have an undergraduate pre-medical or health profession advisor?
