Wardrobe Styling is Part of Self-Care

For Yolanda, wardrobe styling should not be seen as a luxury service that only the wealthy can afford. She advocates that affordable fashion consulting is essential to self-care. It’s meant to help people get dressed in a hurry without the added stress of choosing an outfit.

Partner with Caregivers to Improve Outcomes

Patients won’t always be honest about their condition so it can be challenging to get to the truth. As a caregiver, Yolanda was very involved in his dad’s care. She would accompany him on hospital visits and would actively communicate with his doctors. Caregivers can help explain things to patients, thereby increasing the likelihood of compliance. Physicians should try to build relationships with caregivers because they are allies that help improve patient outcomes.

Mastering the Professional Look on a Budget

To look professional, go for classic pieces and then accessorize to show off your own style. On zoom calls or interviews, try to wear colorful tops so you stand out. What matters is that you show up in a presentable manner so you can feel and look confident. There are numerous brands that have affordable and sustainable clothing options. Be on the lookout for online sales and outlets where you can score good deals.
