Most MD schools use the AMCAS application service, which means they also use the AMCAS letter service for letters of recommendation. AMCAS also accepts letters submitted through Interfolio.

- University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School
- University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine
- University of Houston Tilman J. Fertitta Family College of Medicine
