The Need for Better Rotation Placement and Opportunities

As a medical student, Chase was eager to find a rotation but felt limited by his school’s options. He attempted to directly reach out to physicians but this strategy did not prove to be fruitful. Instead, he sought help from third-party rotation agencies. The exorbitant fees were an additional expense on top of his tuition. This experience led Chase to research and develop a better way for medical students like him to gain clinical experience. Thus, FindARotation was born.

Why use FindARotation?

Students on FindARotation have access to more opportunities in different locations and specialties. There won’t be such high fees since the platform works like an online marketplace. For physicians, clinics, and hospitals, they have full autonomy over their offerings. They can dictate the number of slots, compensation, and schedule. Payment, messaging, and schedules are automated on the platform to make management easier. Preceptors can also be awarded CME credits and tax savings.

How FindARotation Works

Preceptors can register and then create their profiles on FindARotation. Then they can create detailed listings of the training that they offer. Similarly, students can start using the platform after they sign up and create their profiles. A transaction fee is charged for every successful match.
