Though proper exam prep, both for our mind and our bodies, we can limit many of the anxiety provoking responses and distractions that hamper our abilities.

Of course, our preparation can only get us so far. Sometimes we simply need help from the experts. This is when tutoring and mentorship can come into play. With the use of our own Purposeful Practice, and the guidance of someone with greater knowledge and experience than ourselves, we can reach for Deliberate Practice and be on a path for mastery!
